50 UNITED STATES

OHR- O’KEEFE Museum of Art

O’Keefe is one of Biloxi’s most famous Artist’s. He was before his time and was a an artist of pottery. Alot of work is on display. Make sure that you grab a light that they have inside the exhibits so you are really able to see what colors appear. It’s absolutely stunning. In addition, to O’Keefe’s art is also local artists’s from Biloxi and the surrounding areas in Mississippi.

Half Shell Oyster House

Biloxi is home of some of the best seafood in the entire country. Alot of the United States seafood is even shipping from around the area. It wouldn’t be a visit to Biloxi without trying some of its famed fresh seafood. I decided to head to the Half Oyster House which is one of the best restaurants in Biloxi. I had a half dozen of roasted oysters followed by a delicious dish of seafood pasta. It was out of this world! If you find yourself in Biloxi make sure to stop by this place.

Lighthouse  & Pier

Make sure you stop by and see the historic lighthouse! It’s located right across the street from the Welcome Center. It’s also right near the pier which you should take a walk on. A trip to a beach is not complete without a walk on the pier. It gives you a sense of Biloxi and it’s history.
